[ SCENE 32 // THE OLANA ]

Winona, waiting on the groomsmen, so we could wrap up portraits and get to the reception. A masterclass in regal patience—with a "get moving, boys" look that cut straight through the French grandeur.

[ THE ARCHIVES ] A collection of un-staged treasures and observed moments.

[ ARCHIVE 01: THE FRENCH FARMHOUSE. ]

Is it France, is it Texas?
A slice of Provence tucked away in the North Texas country—all white, dusty blues, and the kind of unfussy, refined elegance that usually requires a passport. Between the open fields and the quiet corners of the farmhouse, I focused on the movement and human connection – the quiet moments in the morning to the dance party in the evening. A European editorial dream, rooted in Texas soil.

[ ARCHIVE 02: THE LAKE HOUSE. ]

A family property on Lake George held since the 1700s—this wasn’t just a wedding weekend; it was a chapter in a 300-year-old story. I spent the days capturing the crisp Huletts Landing air, the echoes of karaoke and singing, and a Victorian mansion with the rumor that it’s haunted, but mostly felt like it was built specifically for Super 8. It was a weekend defined by deep roots and effortless connection; the kind of film I still find myself rewatching just to feel the warmth of that autumn light again.

[ ARCHIVE 03: THE IOWA SUNSET. ]

The Midwest wind was relentless that Autumn day—the kind of weather that’s a pain for your bridal hair, but dreamy on camera. I remember Lizzie’s mom being reflective in the quiet of the morning, and the way Jeb finally gave her every girl's dream: a classic lift into the golden hour glow of an Iowa sunset.

Meet Lauren:

Hello, hello! Welcome to Boom Boom Love.
I’m Lauren :)

On wedding days I take the roll of observer— I maintain a very low profile.

I like to think of my films being more sided with a short indie film, or a music video. I’m looking for the texture, the motion, the layers of personalities and emotions— hunting for the subtle nuances that define a couple’s own specific language, and the 'beautifully imperfect' moments that actually carry the memory.
