How would you describe your filming style?

My approach is very candid and minimally directed. I think of myself more as a filmmaker than a wedding videographer. A little editorial too— I create films out of your wedding memories, instead of a pre-existing wedding video formula. If your photographer starts overly posing you, I am waiting for the moment when you let go— those small moments are you being you and I want to capture that.

Real moments as they naturally unfold are the best. Portrait time needs a little guidance, but nothing crazy. Discovering and collecting moments is what I’m going for when I come into your wedding day to film.

Why no audio in the first two packages?

Simply because it’s more enjoyable to watch that way. I often hear from people how much fun their videos are to watch – even from family and friends! You do get the side video of your vows for documentary purposes, but it’s not intertwined into the main film.

The new package does have natural audio of the day, but it’s done so in a way that captures the small conversations throughout the day. So, it feels unique to your celebration and not in the standard wedding video sort of way.

What if we don’t want a super traditional wedding video?

Perfect! That’s exactly the point.

The films are intentionally non-traditional, indie film—kind of like a music video of your day, focusing more on feeling and personality than a structured timeline of events.

It’s less about documenting everything perfectly, and more about capturing what the day actually felt like.

We are shy and awkward, is that ok for you?

I am actually a perfect fit for couples that are a little camera shy. Since my films are so non performative you do not need to fit into a certain aesthetic, or be that explosive couple that’s dancing and twirling all over. I am here for you— my talent is really in quietly observing and having the sensitivity of noticing your unique personality.

Do you give direction or pose couples?

Very lightly, and usually only when needed during portrait time. Most of the time I just jump off what your photographer is doing and just adding in some direction to get your moving a little.

Most of the day is documented as it naturally happens. I’m always hunting for those little sneaky moments that often go missed, and those moments you can’t stage.

Do you capture every single moment of the day?

Not in a checklist kind of way.

The focus is on the moments that matter- the energy, the movement, the in-between things that often get missed.

The result is something that feels more like a memory than a full recording of the day.

Will this feel like a production on the day?

Not at all.

The goal is for the day to feel like your wedding, not a set. Most of the time, I’m just observing and capturing what’s already happening.

How many hours of coverage do you offer?

All collections are full-day coverage, with timing set once your timeline comes together.

It keeps things simple and ensures the day is captured in a way that feels full and natural.

I usually arrive about 1.5 hours before getting dressed and stay through about an hour of dancing or your send-off.

Do you travel?

Yes! I’m based in Dallas, Texas and available for travel wherever.

Do you work with photographers?

Absolutely. I work alongside photographers in a way that keeps the day feeling natural and uninterrupted, without anything becoming overly staged.

I also have a close working relationship with Kinley Ro Photo, and we offer a combined rate for couples who want a photo and video team that already works seamlessly together.

Reach out for more details on that option.

What is Super 8 film?

Super 8 is a vintage film format that adds texture, movement, and a nostalgic quality that digital can’t fully replicate.

It’s part of what gives the films that timeless, memory-like feel.

Is Super 8 included in every package?

Yes, collections include a blend of digital and Super 8, but it can also be adjusted depending on your preferences and whether that’s more Super 8 or a more digital-focused approach.

Just note: Super 8 only wedding film requests are subject to additional fees, due to the cost of buying and developing Super 8.

Can I choose digital only?

Yes! If you prefer a fully digital film or just a touch of Super 8, everything can be tailored to fit what you’re drawn to.

What is your pricing?

Collections begin at $5,000, with most couples investing between $5,000–$9,000 depending on your needs.

How do we book?

Once you reach out, we’ll connect on a quick call to talk through your plans and make sure it feels like a good fit.

From there, a signed agreement and 40% retainer officially secure your date.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book several months to a year in advance, especially for peak dates. Booking late? No problem! Just email and see if I’m available.

How long are the films?

Film length is guided by the music you choose, typically one or two songs.

The first two collections are shorter and more focused, designed to capture the feeling of the day in a way that’s easy to rewatch and share.

The third collection also includes a longer, documentary-style film (around 20 minutes), along with the shorter edit of two songs.

Who picks the song(s)?

You do :)

When will we receive our film?

Turnaround time is typically within 5 months and 6 months for the third package.

Do you use drones?

I don’t typically include drone footage, as I focus more on the personal, ground-level moments that make the day feel like yours.
